Why I Dedicate My Life to Coaching
The lifelong search to define true success—and why partnering with a coach changes everything.

Since I was a young boy, I always wondered how a person is labeled as successful. I made a commitment: I want to be successful one day when I grow up!
In my growing up process, I studied as hard as I could. I joined extra-curricular activities, developed myself, and played competitive sports—winning multiple medals at both the school and district level. I believed all these prepared me for success. Yet, one question kept haunting me: What is the true definition of success?
The Turning Point: Training vs. Coaching
In my search for answers, I attended countless training courses and workshops. I learned how to be a trainer and was certified by the Malaysian Human Resource Development Corp (HRD Corp). Soon, I realized that training alone was not the whole answer. Training imparts knowledge from the outside in; coaching partners with the client to explore their internal options, clear blind spots, and take massive action.
I was fortunate to undertake professional coaching under International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards. After becoming a coach, everything clicked. With these skills, my mission is to partner with you to help you grow, find happiness, and achieve your highest potential.
